Who operates this site

• Salary submissions you choose to share (see below).
• Information you enter into a contact or inquiry form, such as your name, email, and message, if and when those forms are enabled.

Salary submissions

Nurses can submit pay information anonymously. Submissions are reviewed before they affect anything on the Site and are only ever published in aggregate above a minimum sample size — never as a single identifiable person’s pay.

If you optionally provide an email address or a proof link with a submission, those are kept private, used only to review the submission, and are never displayed publicly.

Analytics and cookies

The Site is built to work without intrusive tracking. If we add privacy-respecting analytics or use cookies in the future, we will describe what is collected and update this policy before enabling it. Any cookie or analytics disclosures required by law will be added at that time.

Contact form data

When a contact or inquiry form is enabled, the information you submit through it will be used only to respond to you and to operate the Site. It will not be sold.

How we use information

We use the limited information we handle to:

• Review salary submissions and publish them only in aggregate.
